A noticeboard for Riga's advertising space
Advertise.lv lists advertising space in Riga — billboards, digital screens, poster frames, shop windows and in-store spots — put up by the people who own them, and requested directly by the businesses that want to use them.
Why it exists
Riga is full of surfaces with an audience already in front of them: a screen above a café counter, a window on a busy street, a frame by a gym entrance, a gable wall on a main road. Most of them are never sold as advertising, because the owner has no way to reach a buyer and a buyer has no way to find the owner.
The large outdoor networks are well organised and easy to buy. Everything below them — the single screen, the one window, the four frames — is not. That is the gap this marketplace exists to close.
What we do, and what we do not
We publish listings written by the people who own the space, and we pass on campaign requests written by advertisers. Both sides then deal with each other directly.
We are not an agency and not a reseller. We do not set prices, do not take a cut of the placement, do not produce or approve artwork, and are not a party to the contract between an advertiser and a host. If a space is misdescribed, the host is responsible for it — and we will take the listing down.
How listings are moderated
Every listing is reviewed before it appears publicly. We check that the space is real, that the photographs show it, that the description matches what is on offer, and that the format and district are right. We reject listings for space the poster does not control.
Ordering on the browse page is by recency, with filters the visitor controls. Nobody pays for position, and there is no promoted placement.
What it costs
Listing a space is free. Browsing and sending a request is free. The marketplace takes no commission on what a host charges — the price you see on a listing is the host's, in full.
The service is free during its launch phase. If that changes, it will be announced here and in the Terms of Service before it takes effect, never applied retroactively to a campaign already agreed.
The name
Advertise.lv was previously called AdsRiga and ran at adsriga.online. Same company, same marketplace, the same people — only the name and the web address changed, in September 2026. Anything you bookmarked under the old name now leads here.
Where we are
Riga, Latvia. The marketplace covers the city and the surrounding municipalities — Mārupe, Ulbroka, Ādaži and their neighbours.
