Prices
Prices shown on the Platform are set by the Hosts who list the advertising space. Each price is stated excluding value added tax, and the listing states what the price includes. Because the Operator is not currently registered for VAT, no VAT is added to the Operator’s own invoices. Where a Host is a VAT payer, VAT is added to the Host’s invoice at the applicable rate. Any production, design, installation or rush charges are stated separately on the Order Form before a Booking is concluded.
What this website is
advertise.lv is an online marketplace for advertising space in Latvia. Owners and operators of advertising space list their inventory; advertisers find it and book it. A booking is a contract between the host and the advertiser. SIA “Lasso.lv” acts as an intermediary and, in respect of advertising space it owns itself, as the host of that space. The full terms are in the Terms of Service, the Host Agreement, the Advertiser Agreement, the Advertising Content Policy, the Service Availability and Make-Good Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
