Advertising space in Centrs

Centrs is the working middle of Riga: ministries and head offices, the department stores, the hotels, and the boulevards that everyone crosses to get anywhere else. Brīvības iela, Elizabetes and Čaka carry both the car traffic and the tram lines, which is why the large formats here — gable walls, free-standing boards — are the most expensive in the country and the most contested.

The audience is a weekday audience. Office workers arrive before nine and leave after five, and the lunch hour is the densest pedestrian window the district gets. That suits a placement people pass repeatedly rather than one they see once: a poster frame in a café, a screen in a lobby, a window on a street they walk daily.

If you are buying here, ask what the placement faces. A board angled at a junction and a board on a straight stretch of Brīvības are different products at similar prices.
